sip - Kamailio-Asterisk - route "FROMASTERISK" not found -

i'm trying implement kamailio 4.1 asterisk 12.1.0 regarging tutorial:

http://kb.asipto.com/asterisk:realtime:kamailio-4.0.x-asterisk-11.3.0-astdb

and when try compile kamaili.cfg, still got error:

apr 19 16:59:31 debian /usr/local/sbin/kamailio[5751]: error: <core> [route.c:1137]: fix_actions(): route "fromasterisk" not found @ /usr/local/etc/kamailio/kamailio.cfg:780

i have loaded modules in tutorial.

i tried find solve issue, no result.

thank help!

that error mean in kamailio.cfg file not found section route "fromasterisk"

also note, kamailio config file /usr/local/etc/kamailio/kamailio.cfg

you have add section or remove route.

jQuery Mobile app not scrolling in Firefox -

i have mobile app built in jquery mobile. scrolling fine in chrome & safari, fails scroll in firefox on desktop. have other instances of same app, different features, , works across browsers. life of me, cannot figure this, please help! located here: http://re-brand.us/dsus/index.html seems bug in firefox: bug log . able scroll using keyboard not trackpad on mac. are using mac? i'll keep looking see if can find way around it.
